The Ethic's Channel is Avibras’ relationship channel with its employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders (strategic public), created to host and formalize complaints, aiming at the improvement and continuous improvement of Avibras’ services.

Avibras encourages its stakeholders to act proactively, seeking guidance and reporting any suspicion or breach of the Code of Conduct and of the company's cultural values.

Information confidentiality is guaranteed, while preserving the identity of people involved and promoting a better environment for all. The Ethic's Channel examines, with impartiality and integrity, all the notifications received, seeking solutions to the situations that are presented and providing feedback to claimants.

Retaliation is not tolerated at Avibras, against any individuals who, in good faith, use the Ethic's Channel to clarify doubts or report possible deviations of conduct. Any act of retaliation of that nature will be subject to disciplinary warnings and may even lead to the dismissal of the employee who practices such an act.
