At an Extraordinary General Meeting held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, Avibras Indústria Aeroespacial S.A – Under Judicial Reorganisation (“Avibras” or “Company”) elected Fábio Guimarães Leite as its new Chief Executive Officer. The change is part of the actions planned on the ongoing restructuring process announced on 6 August 2025.

Fábio Leite is a lawyer specialized in Economic and Corporate Law and has extensive experience in capital markets. He was chief executive of the Capital Markets Legal Department at Banco Bradesco de Investimentos and an associate lawyer at Demarest Advogados. Throughout his career, he has coordinated securities issuances, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and corporate governance projects, in addition to working in due diligence and structuring private equity funds. He currently focuses on corporate law and corporate judicial reorganisations.

Preparatory acts and procedures for the restructuring are underway. At the same time, the negotiations for the implementation of the conditions precedent necessary for the execution of the Judicial Reorganisation Plan are ongoing, a key step in ensuring the company's financial and operational stability.

This restructuring represents a historical opportunity to consolidate a new phase for the company, one that is strong, with renewed governance, institutional stability and a capital structure aligned with its long-term vision, in the best interests of its customers, technical team and Brazil.
