Avibras Indústria Aeroespacial S.A. – Under Judicial Reorganisation (‘Avibras’), a leading Brazilian defence company in Latin America and the Southern Hemisphere, which dominates critical technologies in propulsion, systems integration, and the manufacture of special vehicles for military purposes, rockets, missiles, satellite launchers, and defence systems, hereby informs its employees and the market that:

The transition process, which began on August 14, 2025, is ongoing. Due diligence, audits, maintenance of industrial facilities and preservation of the company's technological assets are in progress. In addition, essential activities have been resumed, visits and technical meetings with key customers have been held, and planning has begun to restore Avibras to full capacity after three years of inactivity.

At the same time, we are continuing negotiations with creditors, the government, employees, customers, and the Public Treasury to implement the conditions precedent, still pending fulfilment, necessary for the execution of the Judicial Reorganisation Plan, a fundamental step in ensuring the company's financial and operational stability.

We reaffirm that the restructuring represents a historic opportunity to build a strong New Avibras, with renewed governance, institutional stability, and a capital structure aligned with the long-term vision. We remain committed to executing the restructuring in partnership with all those who effectively share the goal of seeing Avibras prosper again.
