On Wednesday, 28 January, Avibras received a visit from Brazilian Army (EB) officers to discuss strategic projects developed in partnership with the company, focusing on resuming operations and strengthening institutional cooperation.

The delegation was composed of the Brazilian Army's Director of Manufacturing, Brigadier General Tales Eduardo Areco Villela, Colonel Alexandre Horstmann, and Brigadier General (R1) Moises da Paixão Júnior, Manager of the ASTROS Strategic Programme. Also present were Lieutenant Colonel Eduardo Guerra and Captain Eduardo Henrique dos Santos, military personnel who are members of the Army Technical Commission (CACTTAV).

Avibras is very pleased to present to the Brazilian Army delegation the status of the process of resuming its activities, on the path to the company's recovery and the restart of its operations.

Considering its strategic relevance to the Brazilian Army, Avibras, according to the Force itself, plays a fundamental role in national sovereignty, in strengthening the Army's operational capabilities and in Brazil's technological autonomy in the defence sector.
